This membership is designed to be a supportive space to help you thrive through Menopause & beyond, as well as maintain good health, as you pass through & beyond this final hormonal transition.
If you are experiencing common symptoms of hot flushes, weight gain, fatigue, or insomnia and the development of unexplained aches and pains, brain fog, or feeling you can’t cope, or you may be suffering from mood swings and generally just struggling with daily life. Or you may have already passed through your menopausal phase & you are still experiencing symptoms and not feeling quite right and a bit out of sorts. You may just be interested in maintaining good health as you age, so if any of this resonates, then this Membership is for you.
Finding time and space for you may feel tougher than ever as you are working long hours, taking care of children or grandchildren & then also having the responsibility of looking after elderly parents or other family members, and all this additional pressure while you are trying to navigate the whole menopause mayhem.
Transitioning through this stage in your life doesn’t have to be horrendous & symptoms can be at best managed or supported with holistic interventions but also by having a supportive place, just for you to help you maintain good health & more importantly start to feel good about yourself again.
I also recognise you may be struggling with your health, but you may not have the budget to invest in a one-to-one package with me at this time. So this is a perfect opportunity to get to know me & to be a part of a supportive group of women, to help improve your health moving forward.
